    More about the grower

Colombia is the second largest producer of coffee in the world, consistently producing truly delicious and sought after coffee. Colombia exports approximately 12.5 million bags, some of which bring us our much loved Up & At ‘Em roast. The Excelso variety produces larger beans, delivering a rich and dark crema that settles beautifully in your espresso. Despite this, Up & At ‘Em has a very light flavour with essence of caramel and vanilla, followed by a burst of berry aftertones.

    More about the grower

Founded in 1998, the Nicaraguan coop the Unión de Cooperativas de Servicios Múltiples (UCOSEMUN) produces our dark and fruity roast, El Capitan. Eight cooperatives set out to improve the lives of small scale coffee farmers in the region, offering them the opportunity to expand their operations. In 2008, UCOSEMUN opted to pursue Fairtrade certification and further improve the quality of living for workers in San Rafael, Murra and Quilali, by reinvesting into their processes. Improving the lives of others never tasted so sweet.
